Manual Driving Lessons
My name is Rob and I am based in Burpham, Guildford. I teach locally and in the surrounding areas. I look forward to teaching you the skills to make you a safe driver for life and to pass your driving test.
A little about me
I am a father of two children, I enjoy keeping fit, going to the gym and mountain biking. I have always had a passion for driving and have been a professional driver for over 20 years including as a blue light response driver, HGV driver, VIP chauffeur and a member of 'The Institute Of Advanced Motorists' (IAM). All of which demonstrates my passion for safe driving.
Developing new drivers to not only pass their driving tests but to be safe drivers on our busy road network is highly satisfying and important to me. I aim to present my lessons in a fun and effective style because I know that if your lessons are fun, you will learn quickly and to a deeper level. The benefit of this approach is that you will be a considerably safer driver.
Having lived locally for many years you can rest assured that I am familiar with the local roads that can be challenging for new drivers and I will help you to understand and safely negotiate and drive on those roads.
Should you need it, I will also help you with your theory test, when we commence your driving lessons.
Maybe you are a full licence holder and just need a little confidence building. With that in mind, I am also offering 'Refresher Driving Lessons'
Possibly you have had a time away from driving, not driven in the UK for a while or simply need to get to grips with a new car. I can carry out refresher driving lessons in my dual-controlled car or your own car.
First Lesson Free- As a welcome to my new drivers I am currently offering you a driving lesson free when you book your first ten hours with me.
I have some availability for weekends and evenings as I understand that it is not always possible to take lessons during the working week.
